How long it takes
Every order is packed by hand and checked before it leaves us.
- Processing: 2–4 business days
- Delivery: 7–15 business days
- Total: roughly 2–4 weeks from order to doorstep
Ordering for Christmas
Order by 25 November for standard delivery to arrive before Christmas. December orders are tight — add Priority Christmas Processing at checkout and your box is packed and dispatched ahead of standard orders. We can prioritise our end, but we can't speed up the courier.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your box leaves the warehouse. It can take 24–48 hours before tracking starts updating — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

We currently ship within the United States. Ordering from elsewhere? Email colormasbusiness@outlook.com before you order and we'll tell you whether we can reach you.
Shipping cost
Calculated at checkout before you pay. No surprises after the fact.
If something goes wrong
Parcels occasionally go missing or get damaged in transit. If yours does, email us with your order number and we'll replace it — that's what Shipping Protection covers, and we'll look after you either way.
