Refund policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or a refund.

Colormas blankets are made to be coloured in. Colouring one in does not void your return — if you are not happy with it, we will still take it back within the 30 days.

How to start a return

Email colormasbusiness@outlook.com with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. If your return is accepted we will email you the return address and step-by-step instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.

Exceptions

Digital downloads that have already been accessed and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to request a return on the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we will email you to confirm. If it is approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer can take a few extra days to post it to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still have not seen it, email colormasbusiness@outlook.com.

Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they are dispatched. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the condition you received it and in its original packaging.
